A new generation of hair removal systems has entered the market and is called "LHE", which combines heat with the light to provide permanent hair reduction.  It is so safe it has been cleared by the FDA in North America and the TGA in Australia.

It works by targeting the melanin in the hair, raising the temperature of the hair follicle and the combination of the light and heat results in the destruction of the hair follicle.  This hair follicle is subsequently eliminated.

Multiple treatments are necessary as hair grows at different rates and can only be treated when it is in its growth stage.  It can take several months for all hari to pass through the three stages of growth.
