Spring Complete is our full spring program — all four treatments, spaced four weeks apart, in the order our therapists would recommend regardless of the offer. Your therapist maps the course at your first visit and books every appointment before you leave, so it stays on track through spring rather than drifting into December.
Week 1 — Spring Awakening. Your starting point. A full skin consultation and analysis, then a deep cleanse with steam and Frimator brushes and a gentle exfoliation. Your therapist assesses your skin properly before any active treatment begins, and builds the rest of the plan around what they find.
Week 5 — Spring Renewal. The active phase. Signature 10 Step Microdermabrasion and a cosmeceutical peel, chosen for your skin now that we know it.
Week 9 — Spring Radiance. Recovery and hydration. Hydro Facial, LED Light Therapy and a hyaluronic ultrasonic infusion to calm, hydrate and restore after resurfacing, with a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage.
Week 13 — The Spring Total Body Overhaul. Three hours, head to toe. Full body exfoliation, an hour of warm oil massage, microdermabrasion across face, neck and décolletage, PDRN infusion and a scalp massage to close.
Why four weeks apart. Skin renews roughly every 28 days. Spacing treatments to that cycle means each one lands on freshly renewed skin rather than stacking actives on skin still recovering. It’s the difference between four nice appointments and an actual course of treatment.
