All four treatments, one every four weeks
One treatment feels lovely. Four, in the right order, changes your skin. Your therapist maps the course at your first visit and books every appointment before you leave.
Week 1
Spring Awakening
Consultation and skin analysis, then a deep cleanse with steam and Frimator brushes and a gentle exfoliation. We learn your skin before anything active happens.
Week 5
Spring Renewal
The active phase. Signature 10 Step Microdermabrasion and a cosmeceutical peel, chosen for your skin now that we know it.
Week 9
Spring Radiance
Recovery and hydration. Hydro Facial, LED Light Therapy and a hyaluronic ultrasonic infusion, with a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage.
Week 13
Total Body Overhaul
Three hours, head to toe. Full body exfoliation, an hour of warm oil massage, microdermabrasion and PDRN infusion.
Why four weeks apart — your skin renews on a 28 day cycle
Treat too close together and you’re stacking actives on skin that’s still recovering. Leave it too long and each treatment starts from scratch instead of building on the last. Four weeks is the spacing our therapists would recommend regardless of the offer.

Good to know
Before you book
Peels and spring sun
Peels increase sensitivity to UV, and Sydney’s UV climbs quickly through spring. Spring Renewal comes with daily SPF 50+ for a fortnight afterwards. If you’ve a beach holiday booked in the next two weeks, your therapist will suggest rescheduling — we’d rather move your appointment than give you a result you didn’t want.
A note on PDRN
The PDRN used in the Total Body Overhaul is derived from salmon. Please let us know when booking if you have a fish or shellfish allergy and your therapist will substitute an alternative infusion.

Every treatment opens with a full skin consultation, so your therapist can confirm you’re booked into the right one before anything begins. If it isn’t the right fit, they’ll tell you — and change it.
